Executive Chef Greg Fenton understands that every dish that he and his kitchen staff prepares is done so with great attention to detail and consistency. Chef Greg leads our culinary team with a focus on detail, consistency, and seasonally inspired dishes. He is committed to using fresh, local ingredients.
