Owner Richard Fuchs and Managing Partner B DeFrancis understand that everything they do is rooted in hospitality and graciousness. They operate from that core value and do everything they can so that every guest feels welcome as soon as they enter their front door.

As Managing Partner, B brings many years of experience to the front of house operations along with General Manager Carrie Dubrosky and Assistant Manager Jennifer Klingensmith. The leadership and dedication to excellence from the management staff are key to their success. It is the personal touch that sets them apart.

Executive Chef Jessica Gibson along with Sous Chef Andy Kilmer also understands that everything they and their kitchen staff prepare is done so with great attention to detail and consistency.

Chef Jessica is committed to using local produce and other ingredients from local farms such as Wooden Nickel Farms in Edinboro, Pa., Jameson Farms in Clarion, Pa., Penn’s Corner Farm Alliance in Shelocta, Pa., Emerald Valley Farms in Scenery Hill, Pa., Uptown Coffee in Mt. Lebanon, Pa. She understands the importance of stimulating the local economy as well as the appeal of using local farms and businesses.
